Calls and forgets about it. You are good here 25% of the time (3:1 needed to make call). But you are probably beat here close to 65%.

Can't raise, can't fold. You didn't bet the ace so he's making a blocking bet with a ten or JJ or whatever. If he has a set then he sure didn't get much value from it, and AT is the only two-pair hand that seems somewhat possible. What sort of hand with a three in it calls a preflop raise and a flop bet? Seems unlikely unless it's 33. And the bet is pretty weak for a hugely disguised straight.

I except to see TT/55/44/A4/A5/AT/A3/63/54 way more than JJ or QT

Indeed A5o.

I called on the basis that they have been bluffing alot and might actually be stupid enough to bet a pair of tens. I think I'd be more comfortable if the BB had made the bet.

If someone bet and was called/raised, easier for me to through away. After all, the BB check called on that flop after SB called, if he is slowplaying a set or two pair then it will become obvious if SB bets river and he calls/raises.

Also, as I said, this induces some bluffs from these guys.

I didn't think I was too good on the turn, I have posistion so I want to see how they act on the river.
