Default 20/40 Hand, I know I got preflop right..

Havenīt been at the table very long, but pfr seemed to know where the fold button is preflop, but also seemed aggro, so some kind of TAG is my guess. He opened QJo UTG 6-handed, whatever info that is worth.

SB is very loose and somewhat weak, but can be aggro.
MP was prolly loose too, though it doesnīt matter much here.

The only street Iīm sure about is preflop, so fire away

even if nobody has you beat, your equity probably sucks as you're almost surely against straight draws, better flush draws, and overcards. Plus someone could easily have a 4 or 5 and just be playing it weakly.

If they don't already, they probably have a world of outs (6 pair outs, plus straights/flushes)

4BB pot with 11ty thousand redraws is not worth bluffing into 4 players....

Were you planning to c/r the flop? If you weren't, consider a flop bet. You already know that the loosest player at the table (SB) checked the flop.

Once the flop goes checked through, c/f the turn. There's no point betting into 3 opponents in a small pot with such a weak hand.

Since you decided to bet the turn AND call a raise, might as well call the river too and try to pick off a club semi-bluff. After all, he was the PFR and you said he's decent. He wouldn't have checked such a drawy flop with a big pair or a set. The only question IMO is whether his AK/AQ/AJ/AT/KQ/KJ/KT/QJ was suited clubs or just one club. Call the river to find out.
