British Open St. Andrews

Fairly new to golf betting so I was wondering how close to the ocean is The Old Course. If it's fairly close from all the courses I've played near the ocean the conditions are always way tougher later in the day. Looking to fade Mickelson as I believe he plays late in the day. Anyone know what the weather will be like on Thurs? thx
