Granted, 30 hands is a pretty small sample, but 22/3 is pretty extreme - if those extra hands weren't in the blinds this seems to indicate that SB doesn't raise very often. I think when he 3-bets you on the flop he's telling you he's not scared of your ace. MP never puts any bets in, so I guess you don't have to worry about him. Looking at the whole hand, it sure smells like AK. Maybe call down after the flop 3-bet - aren't you WA/WB by that point?
