problem w/ eurobet software

I recently set up a rakeback deal with a well known affiliate for Eurobet. They emailed me a login name/passcode etc. After downloading the software, I logged in, and it seemd to take, however, a number of the buttons in the lobby don't work for me, namely cashier, and account website....anything that would help me set up a real $ account, doesn't work. I've tried deleteing, and re-downloading a half dozen times, as well as emailed affiliate and Eurobet , who act like no ones ever had this problem......any idea what is going on, why I'm having this difficulty, or anything new to try I haven't thought of?
Also, I have accounts at 2 other party skins, never with any trouble. thanks.

hmmm... do the tables work for you? are you able to open them up / view games? can you sit in a game (i know you have no money, but try a play money game).

Yes, I can play in the play money games.....all else seems to be working.....It's just these few buttons that are dead when I put my cursor on them....wierd.

well the cashier is web based so you might be having a problem spawning your browser. go to www.eurobet.com and login there to access the cashier.

Is it possible you are doing something like going through .net

Like stars and party have a .net with just play so they can advertise?

The cashier on Eurobet works differently from Partypoker in that it opens an Internet Explorer window rather than the normal cashier window. I'm guessing it either opens in an already opened IE window and you're not seeing it, something is wrong with IE or Eurobet somehow is unable to open IE.

a number of eurobet functions are web based pop-ups, try disabling pop-ups and/or holding down the control key when they spawn and see if that helps.

Contrary to what the previous poster suggests, you actually need to ENABLE popups to get cashier to work in Eurobet.

The problem I'm having is that the cashier buttons are not even hot...they're dead...will enabling pop-ups help?
