Default Misplayed AKo

Opponent is a semi-TAG, just a little looser than normal. He is also from one of those scary cities in Sweeden (Linkoping) I think. Considering I'm a limit player, can anyone guess how I managed to misplay this hand? Also, what would you do?

PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em, $2 BB (6 handed) converter

SB ($81.60)
BB ($288.95)
UTG ($116.85)
Hero ($279.40)
CO ($81.15)
Button ($270.50)

Preflop: Hero is MP with K[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], A[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img].
1 fold, Hero raises to $8, 3 folds, BB calls $6.

Flop: ($17) T[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], J[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], A[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (2 players)
BB checks, Hero bets $15, BB raises to $30

I don't think you did much wrong.

You can check the flop and let him make a mistake because you've basically told him you've got a big ace, but your line is perfectly standard. You've defined your hand with your preflop bet and pot sized bet on the flop, and with his mini-raise we are either slightly ahead or way behind. Shrug and move on.

You at least should call that bet and hope for your str8 draw to hit or at least another heart to fall...

This is what I was wondering. Should we be calling for the gutshot/backdoor flush draw?

Flop check-minraises usually mean TPTK is no good. I would generally dump here without a read.

Yes, and for top two/trips also.

Sorry man, but I've got to strongly disagree with your post. What hands that you beat are giving you action on the turn when you hit top two? or trips?

Yikes...
