Jeff,
I think your appearance on this forum as well as your apology even though it wasn't your fault is just another example of the great service that pokerstars consistently provides.

If this had been an issue with party there is absolutlely NO WAY they would have made an appearance here to try to help.

I think the games at stars have been getting better (i.e. softer) and I already love the tournaments.
It's situations like this that go a LONG way towards me bringing more of my play over to Stars.

I had just entered the 30+3 on Party when my sbc went down. Sent them an email and when I logged back on the 33 was already back in my account and I had received an email from Party stating such. Ask for those refunds!
