Table talk is out of control on party

do you guys run into as many instances of collusion as I do. I'm tired of reporting all these cases of inappropriate chat when someones all in and we are on the bubble. Party needs to do something.

I had a short stack on the bubble in (I think) a 55 SNG and went all in for about double the big blind. One guy actually said "I have J 9 and I'm going to call, so if you have any cards you should too." I don't even think the two new each other- one of them was just cheating. I reported it to PP and they told me they took away his ability to chat, will make sure those two never play at the same table again, and they gave me a $10 credit.
