This is the response I got to my email regarding the hand where the BB said to the SB who was taking awhile to act, "call and we will check him out of here."

note: The blinds were 200-400, the SB called my ~800 all-in with J4 off, the BB called and they checked it down. The SB won the hand but I would of lost to the BB anyway.

I hope they ment to say "indeed inappropiate " in reffering to the chat in the hand

We came to conclusion that the "chat" in Hand #xxxxxxxxx was indeed
appropriate. However we could not find any inconsistent game play between
the two players.

We sent them warnings and have put the accounts on a periodic review.
In case any kind of inconsistencies, their accounts will be closed and
banned from PartyPoker.com.

We do understand your apprehension regarding the security at our site
and wish to thank you for allowing us an opportunity to present
ourselves and our efforts to make our poker environment a real safe, secure and
fair one.

We have daily reports and alerts generated on various parameters, some
of them being the number of hands played together, the amount of
winnings and losses of players who have been playing together, Inter Account
Transfers, player's linked by IP, similar information of account,
references, to name a few. Our systems track and identify inconsistent
betting patterns and percentage "game play played" between combination of
accounts and their linkage if any.

Our systems are so built that we monitor players who happen to be
associated based on various parameters, and who play together on the same
tables. If we find a pattern suggesting that a certain player plays a lot
with some players in particular and that their game play is
inconsistent, then we go ahead and act accordingly.

Any approval of cash out by a player is preceded by an elaborate and
exhaustive check into a player's game play, his actions on the site and a
detailed review of his standing with the site Our cash out Policy
states that it would take 24-48 hours for us to review and approve any cash
out .The reason for this is that, every cash out is subjected to an
audit by a highly specialized team of game experts investigating into the
game play of the player concerned .The cash out is only approved after
it has been approved by a team comprising of game experts,
Investigation agents who check up for any inconsistencies, and finally processed /
approved by our Payment processing team after a thorough check up of
the Financial information.

We internally monitor players' actions with respect to collusion. We
also review and collect complaints filed by other players, such as your
complaint, regarding "suspicious" activities committed by some players.
We keep all suspicious activities logged in a notes section on their
account. The integrity of our games is of paramount importance to us and
we have never made it an issue of compromise.

Please be assured that we are constantly monitoring our tables and have
an Investigation/Fraud department in place which works 24/7 looking for
and investigating any discrepancies .We have a set up wherein reports
are generated by the system and any discrepancies brought to our notice.

As rightly said by you and agreed upon by all professional Poker
players, in any online business such as ours, the most vital aspect to which
everything boils down to is 'Trust'. We cannot begin to overemphasize
its importance, nor have we ever made it an issue of compromise. That is
