I've noticed that the .24/.50 is much looser than the .50/1 on Stars. As a matter of fact, I think other websites are better for .50/1 than Stars.

since party's lowest limit is .5/1, it gets all the people that want to give online poker a run, which makes for a great game. Don't play from like 11:00AM-4:00PM though, the game rocks up.
.1/.25 NL probably gets more n00bs, but .5/1 is doing just fine
