Stupid Party Observed Hand History Question

I preface this by saying it's entirely possible that I'm just an idiot.

I recently bought PokerTracker and I'm trying to use it to help select the best tables.

It sounds like people are observing tables and getting the hand histories without actually sitting down at the table.

I do not seem to be able to do this. Is there something I need to do on Party to make it save observed hand histories?

Please note two things. 1) I did a search of this forum and found nothing that looked like it was going to help. 2) I did a search of the pokertracker forums and found nothing. 3) I'm not talking about how to get the hand histories into pokertracker, it looks like there are no hand histories to import.

I'm sure this is something stupid that I am just not seeing but I am not seeing it so I would appreciate it if someone could point it out.
