Default Party \"Urgent\" email...

I just made my first deposit on Party and shortly after received this email (the useful text is below). Does anyone know if I actually need to call them and if so, what they need from me and why? Will they actually freeze my account?

Thanks for any clarifications from someone who has received a similar email...

When I first signed up I got this e-mail every day for x days. I think 5-6 times or more. Can't remember.
I replied to every e-mail with my phonenumber. I did not get any phonecalls. I did not got any mail back either. After x mails they closed my account. I had to call them and verify my personal info. Party's support is the worst, they're so stupid, it's unbelievable.
I requested them to refund the money for my international phonecall. And asked for the reason why they closed my account. I've never had any trouble with my empire account. But my party account is haunted. They already closed it 3 times! I play with that account almost every day. And the reason why they closed it, was pretty dumb. They openened my account immediatly after a few questions. Always the same questions. Don't they log their phonecalls? I've to go through the same sh*t every time. I think I'm going to fill in the preferred player sheet so they don't bother me anymore.

First time locked: personal info
2nd time: no info given. They just said, please give us the name of your dog, your first car and who you laid when you were 16?
3th time: I have the same password. WTF? I don't know what this has to do with me. I can pick any password I want right? I changed the password and everything is back to normal. I'm waiting for the 4th time.

I should just leave, but they don't give a sh*t. One more or less.

They just want you to verify your personal info (Address, Name, DOB, etc) They also occassionally ask if you know a certain player (I was asked if I knew a guy down the hall in my dorm), I said yes, and they said its all set.
