Default Who says suited connectors are -EV?

Here's a hand that I just played at UB.. I was happy with the way that I played it, but wondering if I overdid it..

Ultimate Bet 5/10 Hold'em (10 handed) converter

Preflop: Hero is MP2 with 7[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], 6[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img].
UTG calls, UTG+1 folds, UTG+2 folds, MP1 calls, Hero calls, MP3 folds, CO folds, Button raises, SB folds, BB calls, UTG calls, MP1 calls, Hero 3-bets, Button calls, BB calls, UTG calls, MP1 calls.

Flop: (15.40 SB) K[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], 8[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], 5[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (5 players)
BB checks, UTG checks, MP1 checks, Hero bets, Button calls, BB calls, UTG folds, MP1 calls.

Turn: (9.70 BB) 3[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (4 players)
BB checks, MP1 checks, Hero checks, Button bets, BB calls, MP1 folds, Hero raises, Button calls, BB calls.

River: (15.70 BB) 9[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (3 players)
BB checks, Hero bets, Button calls, BB calls.

Final Pot: 18.70 BB
Main Pot: 18.70 BB, between Hero, Button and BB. > Pot won by Hero (18.70 BB).

Results in white below:
Button shows As Ks (one pair, kings).
BB shows Kh Th (one pair, kings).
Hero shows 7d 6d (straight, nine high).
Outcome: Hero wins 18.70 BB.

What do you think?
I'll post my thoughts later..

There not -EV, but it looks as if you are on a mission to make them negative.

Peace,

Dont reraíse preflop.

Dont bet the flop if you hadn´t raised preflop. Or when you did for that matter, you are asking to be isolated with a draw. Eliminating the field doesn´t help your hand.

I dont know the words to describe the turn checkraise.

Normally you would have an easy check-raise on the river as you would have been "less" aggressive.
You might still have one though.

Why on earth would you check-raise the turn?

I'll take a stab that he thought the button was on auto-bet when checked to. Since the button didn't raise the flop, he figured the button didn't have much hand, but enough to win a showdown. He put the blind on a draw and figured that he could use the blind to leverage the button into a fold, leaving him to inherit the pot on the river if clubs didn't come.

Probabaly not going to work very often in anything short of an $80-160 game.
