probably a +EV fold, but i still call it because I suck at folding and I want to know what he open limps w/(especially if he only has a 2 PFR (I know, only 70 hands))

On the turn there is a really good chance you are behind. This guy seems kinda weak/tight, and he just raised you with 4 to a straight on the board. I don't think folding is unreasonable, but I would probably call down hoping to see just an ace. 3betting the turn is spewing, IMO.

River fold is good.

As played, you gotta fold that river and not feel bad about it. Personally, I would rather call the turn and c-c the river. It would be good to get a handle on how real the curren stats are. Either he really did limp w A4s, or he is more aggr with A9 than 1.2 would indicate.
