I think if you bet out on the flop, there is little chance of someone without an Ace raising. The draw will be fearful of raising you because he won't want to get three bet by your monster hand and ruin his odds. I think a draw will raise though if he has more than 12 outs, or can trap multiple opponents in.

To answer OP, I would fold on this river probably. There are just way too many hands out there now that beat you, and you were quite probably beat before the river.

Edit: Oops, I forgot the 6 handed nature of this post. It is now more likely IMO that any draw will raise. Flop check just feels too weird though. Are we supposed to just give up whenever an overcard falls to our pocket pairs? (Rhetorical)
