playing 10-20 this morning when an interesting hand comes up. I am in the BB with K8 of spades. 4 limpes and I check

Flop comes Kc 10h 9h I bet out, folded to button who raises, I call. Turn comes Kd the button didn't raise preflop so I think maybe he has a heart draw or nines and tens, I bet out and he raises, what's my play? I have just sat down so I have no read on any of the players at the table yet
