Default simple preflop question

UTG is 60/10/1.0
BB is TAG

Party Poker 3/6 (6max, 6handed)

Preflop: Hero is SB with J[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], Q[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img].
UTG calls, 3 folds, Hero... ?

i think jqo is strong enough to isolate, but has no showdown value against this not-completely-passive opponent. also, OOP. who raises, who completes, who folds, and why?

Complete basically 100%.

BB will call a single raise with a lot of his holdings here. You really don't want to play JQo OOP as the aggressor in a bloated pot.

Folding is clearly bad, as you are getting the discounted price, and you are ahead of UTG's range, as well as a random BB hand.
