yes you are. You have a very strong hand (there are very few cards that will improve his hand, however several will help you out if you're not already ahead) and position, I'd have called the flop and let him bet the turn (if he checks then bet).

No. If you just call the flop and your flush hits on the turn, you probably won't get paid a lot. If your card misses, you're still probably behind a higher Ace. I like the flop raise.

I like it although I probably would have folded preflop. If you can get him to fold AK, AQ, or AJ with this raise, that's great. If he doesn't fold he's probably going all in, which is fine because you're still 45% or so to win with a lot of dead money in the pot. If you just call and miss the turn, you are now a HUGE dog.

[/ QUOTE ]I think this is unbelievably weak-tight. If you won't call a raise in position with ATs in 5-max, you're giving away money.

Calling UTG raises with ATs is giving away money.

I think the call preflop is borderline. ATo I certainly fold here, and I'd prefer it if the stacks were a bit deeper, but I would probably make this call as well. You just have to be very careful if you hit an Ace.
