How come everyone else got their names changed?

Looks like everyone here except me got their requested name change approved. I don't mean to be too pissy, Mat, I'd just like an explanation for why.

After I reqested it here and didn't get a change I did it the normal way, and he declined it. So I'm pretty sure it wasn't accidental.
