In the first hand, how does one raise and then call after everyone else folds? Or is the call what happens when you bet T400 and take back some because someone went allin?

I've been dealt AA 4 times in a row and lost them all, come back then and cry. I think it has even happened to me more times then once. Any player who plays full time sees what you describe every month or so.

you'll excuse me for not believing this...you get dealt aces something like every 221 hands. when you consider that this escalates at an exponential rate for a third and fourth time. when you throw in the fact that aces stand to be a favorite over the field when ever they are dealt, the probability decreases even more still...as for your statement that you have losed with aces: possible...anythings possible, probable...absolutely not.

Yes, it is highly unlikely.

However, if you play long enough, it is guaranteed to happen ineventually.
