I would call and continually pick on people that will consistently fold their blinds in this kind of situation

Against a decent raiser and a reasonable cold call you are as much as a 6 to 1 dog. If this is not the case you could be as much as a 2.3 to 1 dog. Either way a call isn't terrible and I would say in the later case is mandatory.

If the hand is suited your 1.9 to 1 and your going to play. Yes your out of position and the hand will be hard to play if you just flop a pair but you give up too much not playing.
