Who raises the turn, or more appealing to me the river? If so how do you respond to a 3-bet?

Party Poker 15/30 Hold'em (6 handed) converter

Preflop: Hero is Button with Q[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], Q[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img].
1 fold, MP raises, 1 fold, Hero 3-bets, 2 folds, MP calls.

Flop: (7.66 SB) 6[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], K[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], 3[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (2 players)
MP checks, Hero bets, MP calls.

Turn: (4.83 BB) 9[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (2 players)
MP bets, Hero calls.

River: (6.83 BB) K[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (2 players)
MP bets, Hero calls.

Final Pot: 8.83 BB

Results in white below: 
MP has Ac 3c (two pair, kings and threes).
Hero has Qc Qs (two pair, kings and queens).
Outcome: Hero wins 8.83 BB.

The river looks like a solid raise. Most often I wouldn't raise the turn, but I am beginning to think this is a leak. Will be interesting to see some better players take on this.

I think you are trying to make a fancy play. Calling seems like the right line here.

I raise turn he has draw or has a hand that he is calling you with and thinks you cannot raise him b/c of the board!
A lot of time they will check river intending to call and you will miss out on the bet!

Yeah i should have, i just chickened out becaouse i didnt want himto 3-bet, I hate calling those down, and i feel uncomfortable calling asswel.

Raising the turn would be just plain bad, and raising the river is only profitable is your oppponent is horrible. I think you rline was fine.
