UBet multi-tabling question

Ultimate Bet only allows you to sit at 3 tables at a time, and yet I've seen people playing 4 tables. How do you do it?

Well then is there a reason why some people can play 4 tables at a time, and others 3? Or is there something blatantly obvious that I'm just missing?

I think they have props that can play at 4.

only ways around it I've seen are being in a MTT before you add the 4th
