how many chips should you have at the end of the rebuy period in a standard stars rebuy tournament for it to be no longer correct to take the add on?

Over 1/3 of the total chips in play, or enough to sit out and have an average stack at the final table.

In other words, more than you could possibly accumulate in the pre-rebuy period. I agree
