Sometimes the lottery hasn't been hit for a while and actually get +EV. You still shouldn't play the lottery.

i guarantee that no one has paid more in rake at the BBJ tables over the past few months than me. I did the math a few weeks ago and figured that I'd paid over $8,000 EXTRA in rake just from the 50 cent BBJ drop. Still never come close to hitting the thing. A few "one card away's" yesterday, but nada.

anyways-

i ask this question once a month, but how big does the jackpot have to be to be considered +EV?
