Default flop a set, no REAL draws, terrible? NL200

my line is there aren't any draws so no raise, on the flop. then on the turn I double his raise because I don't feel that he is on a draw, i want him in.

comments on all streets appreciated

Looking from Villian's perspective, it's difficult to put him on a hand that justifies his river lead out. At first i was thinking that he had something like 89, and then i thought maybe he had 10 10 on the river. But if he had 1010, wouldnt he want to check raise you? So, i don't think that he has 1010. The river looks sort of like a value bet to me; i'd push.

He won't call a push without a seven. He can have lots of hands (twopairs, sets, even A8 or so, depending on heros previous play) that justifies making a blocking bet on this river. And he can have a seven, betting for value (Or even still blocking betting in fear of 79. Hero showed an awful lot of strength with that turn minraise.) The risk reward of a push here is terrible. Best case scenario, a higher set or even a 7 folds (the latter wont happen often), but bluffing big at strong hands is risky stuff and shouldn't be done normally.

Flop call is ok, if villain is not the type to put a lot of money in with TPTK or a small overpair. You don't want to have an overcard fall and slow him down, but if a raise would make him shut down his one pair hands anyway, call is correct. Turn raise needs to be bigger.

Looks like a blocking bet on the end with 2-pair. Will he call a smallish raise with no 7 ?

Last i check a flop like that means a straight is possible... Bet more on the turn to protect your hand and see where your at.
