WTF is "Large Caps"?

I remember reading a while back, and unfortunately I cannot find where now, that is what originally named because it was originally designed to cater to Stock Traders but has since just become the same thing as a regular tourney.

Not sure if I am remebering exactly, 2+2 search doesn't help, google doesn't seem to want to help. Nobody seems to know now, possible I could've read someone's guess but it seemed like they were stating it as a fact, not assumption.

I'm fairly certain it was posted somewhere here on 2+2. Maybe it was rgp, but i don't think so. I definitely heard the stock trader thing too, and it made sense.
