Default To those Dual Monitoring with 2 2001FP\'s

I just purchased a dell 8400 with a 128 MB ATI Radeon X300 SE. It has a DVI slot and a s-video port. There is supposedly a dongle out there somewhere to take one slot and connect two monitors to using DVI. How do you have it set up?

This video card supports dual monitors, and I don't mean mirror images. Does everyone that does this have 2 outputs on their card to do it? I can't imagine that they do.

Actually, with the X300 SE, it is a DMS-59 connection to 2 DVI's. So this would work......

I just purchased the same setup, only I upgraded to the X800. Where you selected a second monitor there was this statement. “If you purchase two VGA (analog) monitors, you will also need to purchase the DVI-VGA Adapter.” I could not find where to purchase this at their site and called them twice. Both times I was assured that I would not need anything to hook up both monitors other than to plug them in. I was told that because both monitors were digital I would not need anything extra to hook them up. This will not be delivered until the end of the month, but I would like to have everything to hook it up when it gets here. Can anyone tell me if I will need something and what?
