A4s from small blind
Should I have laid this down on the river? My opponent is relatively passive and the river bet really set off alarms, so I bit the bullet and called.
Party Poker 0.5/1 Hold'em (8 handed) Preflop: Hero is SB with 4d, Ad. UTG folds, UTG+1 folds, MP1 calls, MP2 folds, CO folds, Button folds, Hero completes, BB checks. Flop: (3 SB) 7s, 5c, 3d (3 players) Hero bets, BB folds, MP1 calls. Turn: (2.50 BB) As (2 players) Hero bets, MP1 calls. River: (4.50 BB) Ks (2 players) Hero bets, MP1 raises, Hero calls. Final Pot: 8.50 BB |

Re: A4s from small blind
Right. I was going to say I only play where x>8 and then ...ugh.

Re: A4s from small blind
Except Hero is in the SB and has a suited A. You meant to say something like:
When I hold Axo, I fold pf unless x > 8. When I hold Axs, I frequently play from LP and even MP in many games. I will always complete in the SB with Axs. Re: A4s from small blind
Anybody considering a fold here? Based on the read, this guy waking up on the flush river scares me when I have TPshitty kicker. Are you gonna be good here 1 of 7?
