Default Rakes at PartyPoker

I like to know if PartyPoker charges rake for overbets.

Say, you are heads up. The opponent is in short stack with $5. You bet $50 into him. He calls all in with his $5. Does PartyPoker charge rakes based on your bet $50 or $5 the entire money your opponent has?

I play at pokerstars, pokerstars only count $5 in the pot and return $45 to you. Party counts the whole $50 in the pot. Just wonder if they rake the whole $50 or not.
