Re: Quick PreFlop Dilemma
Interesting, Ed Miller's chart says to fold TT and JJ! from BB with raise, and reraise in front of you (loose and tight charts)
Probably the crappy position. I realize the chart is not set in stone however..... |

Re: Quick PreFlop Dilemma
Well after doing some quick math, and looking at TOP "the small pair is worth playing in most cases even gettign something like 5:1"
So assuming we're playing strictly for set value. Since i figure we have to dodge overs with TT. This would be a +EV call is UTG+1 doesnt cap, but a -EV call if UTG+1 caps? |

Re: Quick PreFlop Dilemma
What about raising TT along w/ JJ and QQ? Makes it harder for SB and BB to call w/ there A-x and K-x if you're playing some donkeys... Position is pretty cool too.
Just a thought. |

Re: Quick PreFlop Dilemma
He is the BB!!! Postion sucks. I suppose for the implied odds if you hit a set it may be worth it, but I was just going off the SSH chart which probably has you folding these because of position. But then agian, the fishy lag could have anything, and so could the SB, I don't know....
