Default ($215 custer) folding from the BB with 1:2.8 odds to call an all-in

The only reason I can think of for folding this is maybe to prolong the bubble? Or do you figure the pusher is a 3:1 favorite against you here with his range of hands, considering the shorty is about to be blinded out, and a solid player like pandirector wouldn't push anything but maybe TT+,AQ+ here knowing that BB is correct to call almost 100% of the time?

Actually, pandirector's range has to be 22+,A3o+,A2s+,KJo+,KTs+,QJs or larger for him to call here - he needs to win 30% of the time by ICM - he almost certainly is NOT pushing that much, with unv22 all in in the BB (bar 42 chips) the next hand. Then there's the added slight +$EV for prolonging the bubble. The fold is fine here, IMHO.

It's quite funny how people assume just because pot odds are so great that it's always a call. It really isn't - you should try SNGPT on this situation to see what I mean.

What tigerite said. pandirector is a good player, he should need a really big hand to push here. Unless he knows that I know that and.... But I digress.

the funny thing is if you were to put him on TT+,AQ+ you would be getting proper odds to call, but barely. Worst case scenario, u call he gets 2000. Bubble survives next hand. You could prob push Pan's big blind from UTG w/ any two and force him to fold, assuming the small stack is still in the game.

It's not about odds, it's about ICM! Did you not read my post at all?!
