Default sshe

ive seen a lot of praise for this book on this site and i am wondering if i should get it. I already have read TOP and HEFAP and have a very good handle on their concepts. SO i guess my question is, does this book for lower stakes offer anything of value that is not covered in the previously mentioned books.

thx, mj

Yes. It is far more useful than HPFAP for games under about $20/40.

It's about looser games. What it does is teach you how to maximize your winnings in games where players are playing too many hands and going too far with them.

Most good low-limit books teach you to stay out of trouble, which is important but limits you a little. This book teaches you to move beyond that and start crushing people.

It is freaking great.

good book but hard to grasp one or two things. If you want to avoid serious variance then avoid this book, if you want to be a long term winner then this book is awesome, just expect some serious up and downswings before you see a consistant profit playing in the style the author reccommends

You need to be a decent player before you start reading and applying SSHE. Otherwise you may start misapplying concepts and just turn into a chip-spewing LAG.
