Why is it wrong? You're 22:1 against to improve assuming the Q of flush is clean and you're getting something like 3.3:1 to call down UI if he puts a bet in on every street. You also don't love a flush card.
If you're ahead on the flop you're probably ahead on a turn blank, so peeling with the intention of folding UI doesn't seem to make sense. Does the combined chance of being ahead + drawing out make it worth calling down? I'm skeptical without a read.
