Default sorta stop and go?

Hey,

UTG is 70/19/3.2, UTG+2 is 39/4/.3, MP1 is 30/4, BB is 28/18/2.3

How's this line.

Party Poker 2/4 Hold'em (10 handed) converter

Preflop: Hero is CO with A[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], A[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img].
UTG calls, UTG+1 folds, UTG+2 calls, MP1 calls, MP2 folds, MP3 folds, Hero raises, Button folds, SB folds, BB calls, UTG 3-bets, UTG+2 calls, MP1 folds, Hero caps, BB calls, UTG calls, UTG+2 calls.

Flop: (17.50 SB) Q[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], 8[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], 3[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (4 players)
BB checks, UTG checks, UTG+2 checks, Hero bets, BB folds, UTG raises, UTG+2 calls, Hero 3-bets, UTG calls, UTG+2 calls.

Turn: (13.25 BB) 5[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (3 players)
UTG bets, UTG+2 folds, Hero calls.

I would've raised if UTG2 came along, but i figure id let UTG bet at it again. Ive been experimenting in these situations recently.

River: (15.25 BB) 4[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (2 players)
UTG bets, Hero raises

I don't see a problem with your play, although, I'd still be inclined to raise the turn. But, like I said, I like the line you took.

I like the way you played this, however I think you should have raised the turn. I understand your reasoning for just calling, but it seems to me that at 70/19 UTG is a massive LAG and he did bet into you again on the turn after you 3-bet him on the flop. I would raise him and I wouldn't be at all surprised if he bet into you again on the river.

Against a more normal opponent letting them bet again before you raise in a situation like that is good, but against this guy you just want to give him as many chances as possible to put more money into the pot.

i raise the turn. i figure he'll call, and if he checks the river and you bet he will probably call too. thus 3 bets (which you ended up getting) with the oppurtunity for more.

by only calling the turn you could be limiting yourself to only making 2 big bets if he chooses not to bet out on the river.
