Default Stats Question

Hi,

I'm just getting into NL (mostly full table Party $100), and I've recently gotten a hold of Poker Tracker. Before I post my stats for criticism, I was wondering if anyone would tell me what sample size would be adequate if I'm looking for the best insights.

Also, when I post, which stats should I include?

Thanks,
Tripp

Standard wisdom used to be 10k hands. Things may have changed in the multi-table environment.

10,000 is the standard. Even that is not great, but its a good benchmark. Post VPIP, BB/100, PFR, and W $ at SD, as well as the total hands you have played at that level.
