Default Ethics question?

Actually I'm not really sure if this is a question of ethics or not. Couple nights ago on Stars someone sat at a table and pushed his first hand, ended up losing but had hit rebuy before his opponent called him. Next hand he does the same thing except nobody calls him, now he has twice the buyin. He plays the next hand somewhat normally, raised 4XBB I call with JTs flop a str8 and we end up allin on the turn. So the next couple hands he pushes pf and everyone folds, so now he has 3X buyin. He continues doing this every time he drops below two buyins. Is there anything wrong with doing this? I didn't mind him doing it, I doubled through him a couple times. I think this would be a nice edge for someone like myself , I've always found it easier playing with deeper stacks. Should I be doing this? It doesn't really seem to be in the spirit of the game, it essentially eliminates a capped buyin. What do you guys think?
