Default Outs on the turn & river

Looking for a reliable source for an "outs" table for the turn & river. Ken Warren's table shows a declineing chance of hitting from the turn to the river. Meanwhile, Matthew Hilger's book says the odds are slightly better when drawing on the turn because on more card has been exposed. Also Warren's book dosen't convert %of probability to odds. I did the math but the odds don't exactly match Hilger's book or a chart I got at on the net. Thanks for any help.

I have an outs cheat sheet that I keep in my wallet whenever I play. I can email you an MS Word copy if you PM me. It shows the outs with one card to come and with two cards to come. In terms of memorizing the difference between drawing on the turn and on the river, it's probably not worth it to differentiate. The numbers are so close that it's only slightly different, and the bet size on the turn will dwarf the need to know that miniscule difference.
