I do the same thing when I lose something like set over set. You think, "It was so obvious that he had a higher set, why didn't I just fold?"

But you just have to think of all the times you're all-in on the flop thinking "Damn... I must be beat" and he shows a missed gutshot or middle pair with a 7 kicker.

raise more on the flop. your minraise is awful...it gives any kind of draw the odds to suck out on you.
