Default Flopped the nuts OOP, what do I do?

First orbit at 50 max game at UB. Folded to button who makes it $2 to go. Hero calls in SB with 34c. Everyone else folds.

Flop: 2 [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]5 [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]6 [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]
Hero checks and calls pot sized bet.

Turn: 9 [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]
Hero checks and calls pot sized bet

River: 7 [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]
Hero leads for 3/4 of the pot, villian calls.

I know I really could have played this better. Any help much appreciated.

i normally lead this flop, but c/c'ing isnt bad as long as u lead the turn. this c/c,c/c, lead line misses a lot of value and isn't very decieving...
