Kinda hard to lay down I think...I mean a fancy played AA never does this? How can you not bet this river thinking you are good, and then when you do fold to a raise? Really? is it because he raised pre?, so you can't really put him on a 3 like A3s or something? I don't know, this seems difficult to me. I mean I understand the implications, but still...

Personally I like the way the hand was played and could have led to a big pot. MP2 was in the lead and should have put in a turn bet which you could have check raised and maybe ended it right there. The fact that he didn't bet and then hit his hand was just a bad beat for you.

Depending on your read, it may have been possible to get away from the all in river bet by MP2 since he checked the turn. It would heavily suggest a set of 7's or 10's.

against unknown this is a very easy call gettin 3:1 imo
AA/A3s is not too far off possible hand range..

if you only call with top full/quads here then I think it makes it too easy for someone with that information to make you lay down good hands at an incorrect frequency.

call me donk but it's a full house damn it

looking at the hand, turn bet probably takes it down, i'd c/r flop or bet out 75% pot

your check call on flop looks like 333 or 56 to me, then the 7 on turn completes 56... definately fold on river to his raise, anything logical he thinks you're calling with got there... so he's only betting with those beat.

Yeah, bet the turn, but it's not awful. You have the overfull. As good a time as any for slowplay. Call the river raise.
