I have the same question. Any help apprecaited. I don't see why we would need a whole new account, though.

You don't need a new account.

Phone the customer care centre from the phone number registered on your account, give them the new bank transit information, and then they will go through the verification process again for that bank account.

I just did it not too long ago. I forget if I had to call or just got it done through email, but you have to get them to remove your current bank info, and then you can go through the whole process of registering and verifying it. You just won't be able to withdrawl to a bank account for a few days while you're doing this.

EDIT: Yeah I'm slow.
