Default Turn decision, Party 600 - 6max.....

Hero dealt AA on button. Covers villain in BB at 510.

Utg limps, folded to hero who raises to 4xBB. BB calls, limper calls.

3 to flop. 8s Kh 7s (75)

Checked to hero who leads for 50. BB CRs to 135. Limper folds, hero calls.

Turn = Ts. (345)

BB checks. Hero...........?? (Hero doesn't hold the As).

Comments please on just calling the flop CR and on whether to bet the checked turn. (No real read on villain, but hasn't been out of line for 15mins I've been playing with him).

Thanks.

On the turn, there is about &350 in the pot, which is about the amt. that you have left. Unless he has KK, you have him dominated,& then pot is big enough, so slide the rest of your chips in. If he has KK, you are not going to be able to get away from you hand, anyway.

Check behind and reevaluate on the end. I think pot control here is key. He may have a set and be frozen up by the third spade or he could have something like AK and is worried. I'm not risking my stack with one pair even if it is aces against a solid player.

Call a reasonable size bet on a nonspade river and fold to a push. I'm folding all spade rivers without a read.

Decent advice, except I suggest that if it's a spade and he checks, push. That'll larn him to hit sets.

Why not push on the flop? It is a 6 max table and you just got CR on the flop with aces. why put yourself in trouble on the turn by calling the flop, there are a ton of scare cards in the deck push on the flop and save yourself the aggrevation.
