Re: How long have you played break even poker?
Currently at -.25/100 for 26K hands of full table limit. Bankroll is up a small amount in that time due to bonuses, SNGs, and short table (which I track seperately from full table). But, I'm essentially breaking even for now.
Great thread BTW. It helps put things in perspective. |

Re: How long have you played break even poker?
i only read the OP's post, but i am currently on a 11k hand slow period. It's nice to see that i'm not the only one.
I have 9k hands NL$20 with -1.2PTBB/100, but i have 22PTBB/100 for 2.3k hands at PL$20, so i can't really say i'm break even, but it doesn't feel much better at the end of the day to only be ahead ten or twenty bucks. I'm hoping to patch a few leaks by reading Ed's small stakes book, but there isn't much i can learn to avoid the cold deck i've been getting. I've been considering moving up or moving back down, but i have invested so much in my PT database for NL$20 it would be a shame to not use it. this threads so long that i'm probably talking to myself |

Re: How long have you played break even poker?
Last year, August 15 to Sept. 15 I went 31K breakeven.
I just read all the responses - wow, variance is a bitch. Dogmeat [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] |
