I'd agree with Gergery, limp in with this one UTG. No low possibility, no straight, etc...It's actually a fairly weak hand but playable. Be ready to muck this at any point.

I think the answer depends on the table and the type of players you're seeing. Personally, I tend to raise a hand like this from any position at that level, simply because I will get so many callers . . . now, if I am playing a 100 or 200 max table, I probably don't, because I think the play starts improving at higher levels, and I tend to get a lot less money in the pot.
