I think you need to lead the flop. Pot doesn't look big enough for the button to take a stab at it, and giving a free card can allow SB/button to overtake you in a hurry.

Given that you did check the flop, the turn and river play is fine, although i mite be a concerned enough with the bet/raise/call action on the turn to just check out the river. A check raise here will really turn your stomach
