they put it back after I emailed them.. I dont think it was willfull, just temporary bug.. still freaked me out though.

My last cashout was June 4th (19 days?!?), I got the ELAPSED message too. My e-mails were not even responded to with the "we'll be in touch in 24-48 hours" message. In the meantime I've stopped playing until I can be sure the hands "count"... [img]/images/graemlins/mad.gif[/img]

UPDATE: 3 hours later I just received this message: "Thank you for contacting us.

We would like to inform you that, your query has been forwarded to the
appropriate department.

Please allow the corresponding department 24-48 hours to review your request and

I got that one too. My last withdrawl was over a month ago. Bye Empire!

When I got the bonus elapsed message at MultiPoker. The raked hands from when I complained to when they fixed it did NOT count. So I would expect it to be a manual process if they did do it. They also changed my "start time" to when they fixed it, and not when I deposited...

BTW, they fixed it without complaint but also without confirmation (I just checked and it was fixed).
