Staying out of trouble
I think am going to catch a flaming beating for this one. Villian (raiser) is 15/10/2.
I just called preflop intending to bet into/three bet any flop without an Ace. How'd I do. Re: Staying out of trouble
3 bet PF for sure, especially from a button raise. After that I have a real problem with folding the flop. If i were in the SB I would lead with any flush draw there and try and check raise if I paired an ace. I really cant see folding the flop for 1 bet here barring a very solid read.

Re: Staying out of trouble
3-bet mandatory PF. Raise the flop too.

Re: Staying out of trouble
this is why I 3-bet preflop.
edit: and having the mindset of "staying out of trouble" with premium hands in blind steal situations is very weak. |
