Default The old gosh darnit calldown

Villian is unknown, which makes this tough.

Am I justified to call this down here? I have been lately...

Calldown seems ok without a good read.

I call down. The villian could be raising for a free showdown. Well, a reasonably TAG villian anyway.

Button could be stealing with a wide range of hands, but after the flop and turn I could only see a sane button playing something like AA, KK, QQ, 55, AQ, AK [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], KQ, or maybe even another QJ in such a manner. A calldown is laying you about 4-1 odds, so you would need to be correct 20% of the time. You are behind everything but AK [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], which still has a ton of outs, and you split with an unlikely QJ. Button has shown a ton of aggression against your fairly marginal holding. I lay it down vs an unknown.

I would call down here without a read, especially since its 3/6 6max. This is where I play the most and can definitely see villian taking this line with a worse hand. I could see an A [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] 8 [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] or Ax [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] and there are some crazies out there that could play a hand like 67 [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] like this.

You have to have a solid read to fold here.
