I would definitely lean towards calling without a read. TT in a 3 handed game is just too strong against the BBs likely range here.

Ignore the table talk, its designed to confuse you.
If villain was going to play the previous orbit he would have and it had nothing to do with your comment. In general I'd be surprised if you asked "are you ready to call?" when you were stealing with junk, so more times than not, you will have a playable hand (combined with your large bet).

I call here. I would exclude KK and AA from his range, so there are really only two hands that dominate you. I was in this tournament BTW and took 115th when my KK couldn't outrun 88 for a 60k pot. Thought I'd share my bad beat to get some sympathy that I know I wont get.
